Ms. Smith
Welcome to first grade, I am so glad to be in my second year teaching at Western Valley. I was born in Guam and lived briefly in Massachusetts. I've been in Arizona since I was 6 and love the desert. After graduating high school, I moved up to Flagstaff to go NAU and graduated with my bachelor's in elementary and special education. But wanting to be back in a big city and have more teaching opportunities I moved back down to Phoenix a couple years ago.
First grade is my favorite age group to teach and I cannot wait to see my students grow and learn this year!
